MONOCRYSTALLINE SILICON OPTIONS

Various crystallization approaches of Si ingots are proposed by means of the DS method. The traditional multi-crystalline Si ingots are produced by charging the feedstock specifically in the Si3N4-coated crucible wherever liquid Si crystallizes on silicon nitride particles, resulting in the growth of enormous grains and superior dislocation density
